Program Summary:

Meet 1 hour per week/6 weeks total

Using content from “The 5 Levels of Leadership’ by John Maxwell, the facilitator will lead a discussion on the pros and cons of each leadership level and how learning new skills can transform healthcare and business professionals into skilled and efficient leaders. The participants will understand the journey of leadership as it pertains to their individual progress towards growth by creating a leadership road map for future development success. The participants will identify and self-access their current level of leadership. They will comprehend and apply the key actions needed to increase their ability to lead others well by practicing the principal leadership skills taught at each level. The participants will strategize using problem solving skills by sharing current obstacles with the group for discussion. The participants will complete an action plan with 1-3 actionable items with their commitment level for implementation over the next 2 months to continue their leadership development journey.
