The ability to understand and fit into an organization’s culture has a direct impact on individual credibility, personal and career satisfaction, as well as effectiveness and success. Employers seek to hire, based on shared values and cultural beliefs, those who are a “good fit,” as they are more likely to remain with the organization and have superior job performance. This competency demonstrates the importance of employee fit with an organization’s culture and its relevance for career sustainability and advancement.

To complete the live session, go to the “Live Session Scheduling” Chapter of the course. From here you can either choose to join a session that has already been scheduled, or request a new time for a session.
